CCNSW

In 2010, CCNSW and HubWorks! formed a partnership to provide better communications for all stakeholders in the care of children. That mandate includes improved consultation with the sector for CCMS compliance, EYLF integration into CCMS, Community Support Funding into CCMS, Educator and Parent portals into CCMS, Census and QA into CCMS.

Vicki Skoulogenis, CCNSW President, "CCNSW is proud to partner with HubWorks! and we ask our members to support us, by joining HubWorks! and becoming part of the CCNSW mission to provide you with better childcare administration. It is up to us to continue to improve on our service delivery for children, and we ask you be part of the team. Give us your voice and revolutionise the way we manage our businesses and care for children"

FDCA

In 2008, Family Day Care Australia performed a comprehensive CCMS analysis of all the software providers in Australia. FDCA's research had shown the sector were seeking more intuitive systems, which also connected all people in the care of a child. FDCA knew regulations, legislation and practices were changing in the following years and they not only chose a competent technical provider, but a company which would represent the unique values of the family day care sector. Following FDCA's extensive research, HubWorks! was selected as the preferred partner in CCMS solutions for the family day care sector.

Monday 18 April 2011 marked a significant milestone in the HubWorks! family day care sector roll out, with educators submitting their CCMS data online for the first time. Wynnum Family Day Care educators made the inaugural online submission to the coordination unit, which will mean they will get paid weekly instead of fortnightly - a great step forward in cash-flow management. The move will also do away with timesheets - which will result in an estimated wage saving of approximately $2,500 per annum per 100 children in care.

idebit - do you?

Indue, well recognised with Schemes to Credit Unions, have together with HubWorks! provided an advanced solution for childcare.

At the heart of the system is an advanced integration of Indue's idebit system into HubWorks! Taking a step ahead of other payment systems, idebit completely reconciles into HubWorks! CCMS, ensuring CCB is automatically checked against the periodic payment.

Indue and HubWorks! realised they had a lot in common; firstly commitment to customers and secondly a passion for being proactive rather than reactive.

According to Indue's General Manager Distribution and Marketing Schemes, Alastair Wilkie, the partnership has provided benefits to both companies.

"We were looking for an industry partner with an approved CCMS and the HubWorks! system had a great degree of flexibility and was designed with the customer in mind. Key to our integration was tapping into HubWorks' way of doing business. HubWorks! refuses to retrofit or add to any existing software instead setting about to create a superior product fit for purpose."

Arthur Papanicolaou, Essex Heights Juniors, "For many families, childcare is a juggling act, literally. They can be standing at the counter, babe and bags in arms, pulling out cards to make a payment. HubWorks! totally removes this scenario. Everything is taken care of and kept up to date. We love how it auto reconciles. Our last system didn't do that. Our parents couldn't be happier. I am confident knowing cash flow is under control.

WFDC

"HubWorks! has given us a one stop shop. We now have a system that allows immediate and accurate processing to CCMS and allows us to interact between educators and parents at a scheme level but also for parents to interact with educators via one system. There is nothing to download or upgrade, in-fact the transition to HubWorks! could not have been easier. The scheme, educators and parents can log on anytime and any place, where ever it is convenient for them to access the internet and view their child care entitlement, fees and payments."
